Often overlooked, white wine from Italy can be some of the most interesting and food-friendly wines. We’re in love with Gavi from Piedmont, Grillo from Sicily and Garganena from Soave. All the “G”s, really-- and if we’re being honest-- the rest of the alphabet as well. And besides these relatively well-known grapes, we’ve got some more obscure stuff as well. (Riesling from the Langhe anyone?)
